I am a cat. In the morning, I am lazy and slow. I get up late. In the afternoon, I am active. I catch rats. I am quick. I am a clean animal. I wash myself everyday.

Unseen Model

Once in a cold water morning when a villager was going to his field he found a snake half dead with cold, lying by the side of the road. The villager took pity upon it, brought it home and placed it by the fire. He then gave it warm milk and made the snake comfortable.

When the snake became well, he began to play with the children of the villager and, for a time, the snake behaved very well. But the snake was wicked to the backbone, and while playing one day with the children of the villager, he bit one of them.

At this the villager became very angry and with his axe he killed the snake.

The angel was writing the names of the persons who love God. He asked the angel if his name was there. In reply the angel said that his name was not there. Abu then requested him to put his name in the list because he loved mankind and his fellow brothers. The angel took down his request and went away. He again appeared the next night. Abu Ben Adhem was curious enough to know whether his name was in the list.

Use of There

Use of "There " এর ব্যবহার.         

 ১ । কোন স্থানে কিছু আছে বুঝাতে There বসে ।             
২।  Subject যদি অনির্দিষ্ট হয় There  বসে।   সাধারণত কোন স্থানে কোন কিছু আছে বা ছিল বা নেই বা ছিল না বুঝাতে বাক্যের প্রথমে There বসে। 

আমাদের গ্রামে একটি স্কুল আছে-There is a school in our village.                                 বাংলাদেশে অনেক নদী আছে- There are many rivers in Bangladesh.                           এই পুকুরে পানি ছিল-There was water in this pond.         
 এই পুকুরে অনেক পানি ছিল-There was much weather In this pond.       

   নিম্নের গঠন অনুযায়ী প্রিয় শিক্ষার্থী বন্ধুরা তোমরা There  দিয়ে খুব সহজেই ইংরেজিতে যে কোন বাক্য তৈরি করতে পারবে।         
                                          
গঠন প্রণালী: There  + is / are / was / were /  + অনিদৃষ্ট (Subject) + in + যে কোন বিষয়ের  বা স্থানের স্থানের নাম।                                                                   
মনে রাখবে : একের অধিক হলে There এর পরে are বসবে এবং একের
অধিক ছিল বুঝাতে There  এর পরে Were বসবে।         

পরিমাণ বাচক শব্দ বা যে সকল শব্দ গণনা করা যায় না সে সকল ক্ষেত্রে অনেক অর্থ বুঝাতে Much ব্যবহার করতে হবে আর যে শব্দগুলো গণনা করা যায় সে ক্ষেত্রে অনেক অর্থ বোঝাতে Many ব্যবহার করতে হবে।         

 প্রিয় শিক্ষার্থী বন্ধুরা তোমারা এই নিয়মগুলো বাসায় বেশি বেশি চর্চা করো পরবর্তীতে আমি এই নিয়মের উপর ভিত্তি করে তোমাদের জন্য কিছু চর্চা করার জন্য উদাহরণ দেব।
